Sir factory reset mo lng po yan:

1.Press and hold the Vol down button and don't let go
2.While pressing the Vol Down button you also need to press and hold for the Power Button and wait for the 3 Android images to appear
3.You will be directed to a page where you can see the Factory reset, use the Vol down button to highlight factory reset and then Press power to select.

Your Phone will restart and perform factory reset.
