    Mag single dumble ka kung mahina ka sa kaliwa bale gawin mo 12reps sa right single dumble then sa kaliwa gawin mong 14reps ganyan ako dati naiiwan kaliwa ko pero ngayon sabay na. 2400php nakuwa 12lbs yan halos kulang kulang sa 6kgs yang nabili ko kay sir mike gonzales ako nakabili naka meet...

    Oo baekwondo sa SM 3800php yung Serious Mass pero sa mismo distributor ako bumili ng Serious Mass Number 1 sya sa ebay sya best seller dito sa pilipinas naka meet up ko sya sa SM pampanga sa sulit ko nakita mga post nya advert talagang madami sya supplement mas nakumara ko parang ka lang...
