The Top Can,may be removed for servicing.

Improvised, cord stopper using Rubber dropper, toothpaste cap bundled with its decapitated thread...this also prevents cord from tearing into the walls of the can.

The Nozzle is composed of salvaged Ink Bottle Nozzle,MTA (Male Threaded Adapter).
Air tight seal is achieved using inner tube fashioned as gasket.

120 Volt motor,US Universal Motor.
High in both torque and speed.
The Two Caps are sandwich by four machine screws for the motor mount.
Wrapping Scotch Tape makes the contraption air tight.

This is the original propeller,of the vacuum motor. I made a propeler out of PVC,but sadly destroyed by the machinist as he is drilling hole for the shaft.

Suction Hole,is made by using small drill bits.
3mm,for the center dent in the bottom.
Then this hole is gradually, made bigger using 7/32 bit. This hole is big enought for the tip of the cone-tip cylindrical grinding stone.

The parabolic underside fits the project.
But in Aerodynamic sense, the shape is more apropriate for delivery side,to prepare the air for initial compression.
