Hi i just would like to get an advise or clarifications about PLDT DSL unli plan since no fibr in my area yet.. in their website it says 1699 upto 15Mbps, so i went to the office and applied, i was told na yung DSL plan 1699 is not 15Mbps anymore but only 5Mbps, they told me that was just a promotion? have anyone experienced this? pero tinuloy ko parin ang pag apply pero naguguluhan ako of ano ba talaga totoo? nag post ako sa fb page ng pldt they told me its 15Mbps, but yong sales agent sa office nag insist na wala na talaga ung 15mbps but only 5mbps nalang, posible ba na napagtripan ako ni sales agent? have anyone tried arguing about this fron the office?
