sleep more..bawasan mag puyat sa net...eat more..bali isang plato lang maubos mo noon..ngayon gawing mong dalawa..6 hours sleep mo noon..ngayong gawing mong 12 hours...take vitamins..after 2 weeks gain weigt kana..
 
Ako din kahit gano ako kalakas kumain.. di ako nataba T.T
 
sabi nila kapagngasawa ka na ggain ka ng weight.
 
TS, mag alive multivitamins ka, lampayatot ako dati, yan lang nagpa-gain ng weight ko. :thumbsup:
 
hey guys former nurse here, nabasa ko lang ung thread nyo and ive noticed na wala pa tlgang nakakasagot ng concern nyo. id like to share the info that I received sa nursing school and how to reduce or increase your body mass.

if you're looking forward to increase your body mass (magpalaki ng katawan) you need to first of all invest sa diet na magpapalaki ng muscles mo. eating too much can do that for you but that is basically putting in fat and not necessarily muscles mass. if you want to put on muscles mass you need to focus on getting PROTEIN as un tlga ang muscle food. you can get protein from meat, eggs, soy beans, etc. focus on eating more protein and samahan nyo na rin ng pag ggym.

as sa pag ggym pagka natapos kayo mag work out nor example Monday, mag rest kayo ng 2 days tpos sa 4th day mag gym kayo ulit. lumalaki ang mga muscles sa resting phase kaya importante na may 2 days rest kayo after niyo mag gym. pwede din kayo mag add ng mga supplements para mas mabilis ang paglaki ng muscles pero hindi ito gagana unless iconsider niyo ang mga basic principle na protein rich diet at 2 days rest after mag gym.

Ako din back then ganyan ang sinasabi ko, kahit gaano ako kalakas kumain ay hindi ako tumataba. Way back 1st year college pa yun. Pero you know what? Upon my research, MALI pala yung sinasabi ko na malakas ako kumain.

Yung kinakain ko pala, ay just enough to meet my daily calorie needs to MAINTAIN weight, not gain.


You know what I did? I started counting calories.

Syempre, inalam ko muna kung how many calories per day I need in order for me to gain weight. So what are the factors to consider?

1. Age
2. Current weight
3. Lifestyle (sedentary, active, etc.)

So if you want to gain weight, your daily calorie intake must exceed your needs to maintain weight.
