May nakakaalam ba pano configure para magkastatic IP ako?
ZyXEL P-660HN-T1A Plan 1300 ata yun.

the only valid Static IP Addresses you could use are the IP Addresses you have used before with your account... change the setting in the Modem GUI, Instead of Automatically obtaining an IP Address, enter a VALID IP ADDRESS you have OBTAINED PREVIOUSLY with your Account.. :)

What's the point you want to convert your ip from your ISP into static within your modem?

May sample ka po ba ng pag setup? 3 boxes kasi andun e.

wala bang stats sa router mo... kapag "Obtain an IP Address" and mode?... kasi IP Address lang kailangan sa modem ko ee.... hindi built-in WiFi..

Eto po. Ano po lalagay sa enet at subnet mask?

Static IP ba mismo sa modem mo na gusto mo e configure or you just want to have static fetch type of your IPV4 TCP properties from your DT PC/LAPTOP?

If mismo sa modem mo, you can just simply change your fetch type into static by selecting STATIC IP not DHCP or OBTAIN IP AUTOMATICALLY . It will automatically obtain your IP from your ISP which is your WAN IP. You can also change your BROADCAST IP which is for your LAN IP. But be sure to change it properly and then set or enable your DHCP Server for your start and end ip addresses.

On other hand, kung sa mismong IPV4 TCP properties lang gusto mo e set into static ip, then just open your cmd and type "ipconfig /all" to know your ip details.

Good luck. ;)
