LTE sim ba talaga kelangan para sa Huawei 931?

Mga boss, nakabili po ako ng 931 kahapon. nung sinubukan ko ngayon RED ang kulay ng mode.. hinde LTE sim gamit ko. sabi nung kakilala ko dapat lte sim daw gamitin ko.. hinde nka openline yung modem. ano po problema yung sim o ang modem hinde naka openline? kelangan ba talaga lte sim gamitin sa 931? salamat po sa sasagot.
