Ito lang lagi ang recommendation ko sa mga kaibigan ko with the same problem, since pinag daanan ko na iyan. 
1.) Always Sleep Early
2.) Drink Lots of Fluids (Preferably Water lang)
3.) Safeguard Lang katapat niyan.
4.) Don't touch with dirty Hands. Or Never touch at all.
5.) As much as possible sa pag tulog, wag ilagay ang unan sa mukha.
Ok lang na maging Dry ang face mo as long as na may ecne/pimples ka sa mukha, mas madali matanggal ang bacteria sa mukha. Ganiyan din pinag daanan ko and sometimes, pag lumalabas sila, iyan lang din ang Solution ko

Hello i-try nyo po ang GT Cream bleaching cream. Effective yan! Sa Watsons nabibili P171.00 itanong nyo na lang po sa mga saleslady yun. Sa gabi nyo lang po gagamitin yun after nyo po maghilamos pahiran nyo po yung face nyo ng GT Cream bleaching cream. Konti lang po ang ipahid nyo as much as possible yung mga areas lang po na may marks or pimple ka. Then sa morning mapapansin nyo po parang namumula yung face nyo mainit ibig sabihin nun um-absorb yung pinahid nyo kagabi ituloy nyo lang po hanggang sa mag-peel yan tapos stop na kayo. Pag nag-peel hayaan nyo lang wag nyo pong gagalawin. Wag ka pong magpapaaraw kung lalabas po kayo gumamit ka ng Sunblock na atleast SPF 60. Basahin nyo po yung mga reviews about sa GT Cosmetics para ma-convince ka po sa sinasabi ko. I personally use this product and I find it effective. Sana um-effect din sayo kapag tinry mo. Good luck!
