May Tips ako para maibalik kaagad yung internet connection nyo.
Wala parin kayong internet connection sa kilalang Telco & ISP Provider sa loob ng ilang buwan? Tapos walang nangyari, kahit ilang ulet ng nagrereport? Hindi pinansin ng Technician dahil gustong magpabayad?
Eto na yung solusyon nyo para maibalik kaagad yung internet nyo.

Sa baba kayo na bahala sa reason nyo kung anong nangyari bakit wala parin kayong internet, tsaka ilagay nyo din kung anong petsa kayo nag-report at yung reference/work order number. Kung may attached images or videos pwede nyo din ilagay (like yung modem nag LOS parin, kung nasan yung poste na kinabitan ng linya nyo) para may ebidensya.
Ilagay nyo rin kung ilang buwan o taon na kayong nagsubscribe sa Telco or ISP nyo.
(e.g: We have been your valued customer since February 2018, We are requesting your good office to act and facilitate the concern of our internet connection as soon as possible.)
Tapos, closing remarks. (e.g: We hope for your favorable action on this matter.)
Then, Friendly goodbye.

Malaking tulong po talaga to. After 2 days since nag email ako sa ISP ko. umaksyon kaagad yung Telco. Meron na ulet kaming internet tsaka panay tawag sa akin yung Telco kung meron naba kaming internet. Then kung may ibang problema paba. Eto pala yung sagot sa mababagal umaksyon na Telco/ISP.
After mafix ang internet nyo. Wag kalimutang mag Reply ("Reply All") dun sa email na sinent mo. Magpasalamat ng lubos sa kanila.
