[HELP]VBA Macro How to to automate MS Access

Hello guys I hope you can help me with this.

1. First thing to do is open this MS access file using Vba macro on my excel file.
2. Click the New Request

3. Select Process (Drop down)
4. Request description text box
5. workflow number textbox
and last click save.
