Program Wont Open but show on Task manager?

Good day may i ask for help. Nagsearch na ako ng google na try ko na Youtube, cant find solution to my problem. I have a program once i-open hindi sya nag bubukas pero pag tinignan sa task manager running sya.


- Tried Scanning for Virus - no threat found
- Editing Regedit "%1"%* - doesn't work (pero dati gumana sya pero sa PC ko/Company problem)
- uninstall/reinstall not an option di makita ung installer



The PC using Windows 8 OS / the Program is a time and attendance system.

usually may mga software na nagwo-work sa certain version or updated version ng net framework or visual-c or tingnan mo yun kung ano yun service pack kung saan gumagana yun software... so kung sa company pc ay kadalasan licensed os at up-to-date pagdating sa windows update

Try to run it as admin or if naguse ka ng smadav or other secondary anti virus, close mo muna.

Ok na mga sir, Nakita ko na ung culprit. ung Database, di ko alam kung anong nagyari but i think ung database ang may salarin since nag install din ako ng sarili kong version sa unit ko used the program with fresh Database, works fine. update the database, program malfunction.
