PLDT ULTERA Connection Issue

Good evening po! Earlier today bigla na lang nawala internet connection ko. Can't even access the user interface at 192.168.22.1 (pati 192.168.15.1). Hanggang ngayon ganun pa rin mapa-LAN or wireless connection. Tried it on my laptop, desktop (LAN), desktop (wireless), mobile. All the same.

Stuff I've already done to troubleshoot:

• Power cycled several times
• rebooted pc/mobile
• changed LAN cable
• waited

Kakatawag ko lang din sa PLDT. Hindi naman down network nila and wala naman daw maintenance sa area namin. So baka may idea kayo or tips that I could try. Or hardware failure ba pag ganito and I'd have to suffer through waiting for PLDT to fix it (last time inabot ng 6mos bago nila naayos line ko. Yun pala need defective lang yung antenna na binigay nila.)

Ugh. So frustrated.
