Ok lang ba mag try nag whey protein for one time use?. 1 month plus na kasi ako nag gy-gym pero parang walang improvements yung katawan ko. TIA :)
 
you dont really need it..sayang ang pera.
Walang tao na nagkukulang sa protein basta kumakain sya..
marami kasing nagi-gym ang akala pag nag take nun, otomatik magiging buff sila
kahit pa chikahan or cellphone ang inaatupag sa loob ng gym.
YOUR progress really depends on the effort ur doing..
 
bumili ka mutant mass para mas mabilis lumaki katawan mo. minsan kasi ung iba sinasabi idaan nalang sa pagkain.

depende kasi ito sa kinakaen mo... kung kulang ka sa food intake, mahirap makita ang gains talaga kahit anong buhay mo pa...

una, isipin mo muna ang goal mo, bulking ba?

then, dagdag ka sa food, yung malinis - high in protein, low-med carbs, fiber etc

ang whey protein ok lang naman syang gamitin... eto ay supplement lang kapag hindi mo kayang matarget ang goal mo using the solid food...

gumagamit ako neto kasi busy din akong tao, kung ano lang minsan ang food na available, yun lang nakakaen ko, so para makuha ko goals ko, gumagamit ako neto.

Depende... kung gusto mo magbulk, serious mass mas okay...

Kung cutting ka naman, whey is good... pero ok din sa bulking ito
 
dami talaga nag sabi sa akin na effective daw talaga ung seriousmass.
