Good am po, newcomer po sa mga ganitong tech forums kaya pasensyahan nyo po ako kung mali man ang thread na napuntahan ko. in desperate need of help na po talaga kasi. FYI: I'm neither a techie person nor know that much (yet) about the macOS (am a simple windows user and am trying to discover and learn apples' mac). I also tried lots of googling/searching on how-to's but they all sound so techie for me to understand. Plus, takot po ako sundun mga steps kasi baka mali pala sinusundan ko na DIYs. sowi.
Eto po problem ko:
I tried upgrading my mac desktop os to High Sierra kaso after a few minutes may lumabas na message "cannot install macOS High Sierra" at sinabi rin na mag restart. Ang kaso hindi ko po ma-click yung Restart button sa pop up window kasi for some reason, di gumana bigla yung mouse and keyboard ko. Kaya ayun, i just pressed the power button to restart. From then on, paulit ulit nakikita ko na sinasabi sa blank screen na "no OS" na. Pano ko po ulit maibalik yung El Capitan OS? To make it worse, di ko po na back-up files ko at that time. May pag-asa pa kaya maibalik din mga files ko? Need super help po!
