in the making n po ang alternate forum if ever magsasara n nga si Symbianize (pero wag nmn sana ) ang name po ay The IT and Asterisk/

Sa vicidial for Inbound ang configuration po nito View attachment 355086 you just need to know kung paano pinapasa ng Voip provider ung call (kung may + s start ng number or may ibang prefix etc)

sabi sa akin pwede naman .. tapos nagsearch din ako nsa youtube regarding dito . .pero sabi sa akin ni voip provider ko need daw nd DID number pero pwede din daw gamiting ang TFN n gamit namin . kaso wala ako mahanap na settings kung paano ung kay TFN

Sa inbound need mo ng DID talaga kung TFN pwede din pero you need to ask your provider ng account settings and dial plan entry nila For the inbound setup just follow the youtube videos.
