Because your are a newbie here, I will answer you
but dapat, you search muna before asking and then if you don't find, you post your question in the good board not in vpn board... read the rules : Requests should be posted under Network Zone Requests and inquiries should be posted under Network Software Chat.
you don't need an account sa open vpn connect... you need an account for any vpn working on android, like wenz, bluevpn, jeckvpn.... you just need to import the config to your device... look at these vpn, they have tutorials on how to use with android...
