How to make your own home solar. With Pictures + solar book

Salamat ulit ng marami sir TristanWS. Meron din po ako set na 2v, 600A x 6pcs (series). Bale 24pcs battery kaso di ko pa naset up yung 18pcs. Nag iipon pa para sa panels po. Plan ko sana mag off grid sa gabi :)
sir usernameisvalid... wow! mahal ang battery na ganyan... ang 2V500AH/10HR brand new sa cdr king ay Php 7.8K each... Php 48K na ang 6pcs in series... http://www.cdrking.com/index.php?mod=products&type=view&sid=20608&main=167#.Vcp7KHGqpNA

... telco surplus ba yan?

Community solar, a model where customers purchase a portion of the energy produced by a solar array system, called also community solar garden (CSG) or shared renewables program offers an affordable, convenient way of providing renewable energy to customers. This should be implemented here in the Philippines, if the government had the will to go green instead of developing coal plants!

Yes sir telco surplus po. ..

Naging busy sa work......

Anyway....bumili ako ng several Epsolar thermal sensor to USB and SCC to USB cables......natira na lang isang set na spare ko.....
If interested kayo at magagamit sa Epsolar SCC ninyo....benta ko na lang sa inyo.....landed cost + post office cost share .......no profit.

andaming nagrereklamo na sobrang init sa pilipinas.. why don't the government take advantage on this? badtrip!

Hi Sir Bong! Nice to see you here again! Thank you for your offer... maybe someone will be interested :salute:

Tama ka dyan! But no need to wait to have 1 million house to start using solar... You can start small and upgrade time to time!

sir mrloyal...

Want solar panels but don't know where to start? Google has created a nifty little tool for determining if your home is a good bet for solar power. It combines Google Maps information about your home, local weather history, and estimates from nearby solar providers.
This tool is only for some parts of the US for now, but it seems that they will expand later on... hope it will include other countries like the Philippines! Maybe a site to bookmark and follow up time to time!

Salamat po sir Tristan

good day everyone!
just to share...
i started my interest in solar when i chance upon this thread, binasa ko nga from the first up to the last page agad. i then started my set up. nagstart ako with a 50 watt panel, direct charging sa 100ah battery and then a 500 watt inverter. after a few months of this addicting hobby, i now have 550 watts panel, a 50amp pwm scc, 200ah battery, and two inverters, a 1kw powerstar w7 and a 200 watt msw inverter. i've said back then in this thread na i want to run everything on solar except my ref, washing machine and aircon. now with my current set up, i could run everything na even my ref and washing machine except my aircon but not yet 24/7. need some more batteries and panels but i think i'll get there na all thanks to this thread and its helpful members.
more power and god bless!

wow! level up na si sir nomag19... some solar users are recommending "big capacitors" for ref and washing machine... are you using one? do you recommend it too?

Wow... very nice and very happy for you... keep us posted if you upgrade na naman  Many thanks to you :salute:

ganun din ako, basa-basa muna, pero hindi pa ako nag-eexperiment... pansin ko din sa spp ang options ng mga "power users";

option1: gumamit ng "big capacitors" to solve the problem of "instant power need" ng load.
