Anyone could provide feedback about after sales support for Direct Internet Access (DIA) service of Converge ICT? They were currently being ranked 1 in the leaderboards in terms of speed but it's mainly based on netflix speed and within residential DSL service.
We need data and feedback about the corporate line which is the DIA.
