Mga Sys/Net admins here for SME or BPO's

Anyone could provide feedback about after sales support for Direct Internet Access (DIA) service of Converge ICT? They were currently being ranked 1 in the leaderboards in terms of speed but it's mainly based on netflix speed and within residential DSL service.

We need data and feedback about the corporate line which is the DIA.

We're they able to fix issues immediately?

Yung internet kasi namin may times na mabagal. PLDT yung provider namin. Posible kaya na ma trace yung mga visti websites (youtube,torrent,facebook..etc) via MAC Address ng mga naka connect sa WiFi/Internet para makita kung sino madalas nag sstreaming? hehehe

Nakiclean nung antivurs software pero pabalik-balik yung detection "C:\\Windows\System32\x"
Nagtry na ako malwarebytes, no luck.

unfortunately wala pang available decrypter ang crab version 2 (.crab extension); you will have to wait until may magleak na private key only then can the reverse-engineer make a decrypter;

Ask ko lang po kung ano magandang gamitin for Marketing emails pang email blast. Yung current domain kasi namin na flag na as spam kaya may limit na yung pag send ng emails.

Question lang guys eto ung set-up Topology ng Office namin i need to connect the switch 2 from the network pag ikinabit ko sya switch 1 i dont know the reason why wala syang internet. can someone help me on this mga idol boss amo manager? hehehe

Ask ko lang po kung ano magandang gamitin for Marketing emails pang email blast. Yung current domain kasi namin na flag na as spam kaya may limit na yung pag send ng emails.

Check mo lang sa mxtoolbox kung saang spamhouse ka blacklisted then request ka lang to release your IP add or domain. Usually it takes 24-48 hours.

Baka yung port na pinagsasaksakan mo sa switch 1 eh naka vlan tol. pag direct ba na sinaksak mo yung PC sa switch 1 may net na kaagad?

Hndi best practise na gamitin UNG mismong email server mo for marketing campaigns kc dahil sa mga gnyang sitwasyon.. then mo ung MailChimp ..

Need mo establish NG DMARC for email authentication. May mga spf/dmarc generator sa Google pde mong gawin Yun tpos iadd mo un dun sa DNS NG cpanel mo..

Need mo NG equipment na magssupport NG dual want mo. 1 option is bbli ka NG mga NG firewalls appliance gaya NG sophos, Cisco, McAfee, watch guard.. or magassemble ka NG system unit na may tatlong network cards tpos install ka NG pfsense firewall.

Try to get in touch with an account manager to get you a quotation. Kasama naman dun UNG SLAs nila. Not sure if viable since mas kilala nga sila for residential IsPs. Pro why not? They still will give you a free 7 days trial period mo totally iavail UNG service..
