Nakakapekto ba ang pagbubuhat sa ating height? sabi kasi nila nakakaliit daw eh.

ang alam ko opo. dati kasi di ako pinayagan sa gym nung 15 palang ako saka nalang daw ako mag gym pag 16 na ako kasi baka daw dina ako tumangkad.
 
Ah hindi naman sya nakakaliit nakaka luslos lang hehehe
 
hindi nakakaliit ang pagbubuhat pero mapipigilan nito para tumangkad ka pa. maraming nagsasabi na hindi nila recommended ang pagbubuhat ng mabigat kung nasa stage ka pa ng pag tangkad.
 
kung 18 yr old ka pababa,
huwag ka muna magbuhay ng mabigat,,dapat muscle toning lang, hindi body or strength building ang program mo
 
nakakaliit lang ng etits. pero kung maliit na yang sayo then go.

Wag mag buhat kung minor de edad ka pa. Calcium at protein lang parati.
