yup tama po hidden packets lang kasi yung iba kaya nakakakonek sa tcp kasi yung SYSTEM nila is support yung port 443 parang sa globe yung first update nila cloudflare ang server kaya sa psiphon nakakakonek kasi cloudfare server run yung mga server's

"bypass your isp bandwith cap/etc blah blah blah" you know to attract more customer that is, and some do bypass some limitation that some ISP put up.
