Kasi po makakatulong po para sa Self confidence, Self esteem, Creativity, Para sa better health, Better personal relationships, Mental para maiwasan ang pag kalimot, Emotional, Reduction sa Stress, Tranquility or calmness, Improvement in concentration, Reduction para sa anxiety like: takot, kaba, hiya & others

Hehe ayus lang yan Ts. Some people said that meditation can lead to learn psychic abilities. Also i believe somehow. But i use meditation to help my self
Any way thanks ts half of the part ay naread ko na.
