HOW TO INSTALL APPLICATIONS TO YOUR PHONE

.ALX extension (USING BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER)
1. Download Blackberry Desktop Manager.
2. Open BDM and Connect your phone to ur PC.
3. On your BDM Menu, Click Applications.
4. Find the "ADD" button at the bottom of the screeen and navigate the .ALX file you wish to install.
5. Make sure to check the boxes beside the file name and click next.
6. Wait for the installation process, when finished, your handset will reboot.

.JAD extension (USING PHONE'S MMC)
1. Just save the file on your Memory Card and navigate it through File Manager. (Make sure all the files together with .JAD file is in your memory card, i am referring to .COD files)
2. Open the file and press DOWNLOAD.

.JAR extension (OTA Download)
1. transfer the .jar file to your mmc.
2. make sure you are currently subscribe to your network BIS.
3. locate and click the .jar file
4. click download and wait until its done.

You can also use the application BBSAK if you have problems installing files to your handset... and its a useful application. (COD only files can be installed using BBSAK)

is that an error kapag open mo ng application? did u have previous installation of DocToGo? make sure uninstall previous versions or try OTA download. i provided the links for OTA download. you need internet connection or wifi to download.
