WASHER WON'T SPIN


Lid Switch Assembly

If the washer won't spin the lid switch assembly might be defective. This is a very common problem. The lid switch assembly can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any electrical switches with an Ohm meter for continuity. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

Motor Coupling

If the washer won't spin the motor coupling might have failed. The motor coupling connects the motor to the washer transmission. It is designed to fail if the washer is overloaded in order to protect both the motor and transmission. Another common problem is the lid switch.

Drive Belt

If the washer won't spin, check the drive belt. If the belt is broken or if it isn't tight on the pulleys the washer won't spin properly.

Door Lock Motor and Switch Assembly

If the washer won't spin the door lock assembly should be checked. The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any switches on the door lock with an Ohm meter. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

la napo ba update dito mga master?request po sana ako sirhenyoboi ng complete wiring diagram ng washing machine..kahit picture kung paanu yung wiring,nginatngat ng daga yung mga wires ng washing machine namin matagal kase di ginamit..ayun putol putol ang wire diko alam san naka connect,hirap hulaan baka lalo lumaki damage,hehe,sana matulungan nyo po ako,salamat

bro kung marunong ka gumamit ng VOM (tester) ganito un ung wiring ng wash motor ay 3 bale pag nag read ka ng resistance sa motor parang Y sya ung gitna un ang isang line ng AC kaya gagawin mo ung isang testprod mo tutok mo sa gitna dapat ma reading mo same resistance kc ang wash motor ay pwede mag rotate ng CW at CCW kaya pag nag read ka ng mag kaiba ng resistance ibig sabihin d yun ung line AC kaya pag nakita mo na ung tamang resistance dun mo naman sa accross ng same resistance ng motor ikakabit ung 2 wire ng capacitor at ung 2 paa ng capacitor ay tumakbo sa timer at ung timer 3 rin ang wire nun kung 5 ang wire wala kwenta ung 2 dun ang hanapin mo pag pinihit mo hanapin mo ung common ng timer kc un naman ang isang line ng AC mo at ung 2 wire na natitira ay un ung sa papunta capacitor. wala kc ako makita na screen shot para sana malinaw pero kung maiintindihan mo itong tut ko kaya mo na yan.

yung daewoo double tub namin di ko makalas yung sa dryer.baka may chart ka master. ayaw ng gumana. mga 1 year na hindi ko ginagamit yung dryer. thx

Ayos to ts tanong lang ano kaya sira ng washing machine namin hinde umiikot kailangan iikot gamit kamay para umikot tas pg umikot nmn hinde nagreverse yun ikot niya belt ba o timer ang sira?

ung sa hindi naikot kailangan pa ng kamay ay starting capacitor un sir.

ung sa walang reverse pwede na timer na un sir gamitan mo ng VOM para makita mo na pag click niya kung pumalo ang 2 terminal both reverse and forward ibig sabihin my contact buo timer mo kung hindi pumalo ang isa sira nga ung assembly switch mo.
