Same scenario din sa akin to. Nag papa send pa ng letter and 2 digit number sa random mobile number, idk kung ano country of origin yon.Nag send na ako pero wala pa din nangyayari, ganon pa din di pa rin ako maka register either facebook, Smart or Globe sim cards ko na, wala pa din. Verified na rin ng kasama ko chinese national ung wechat ko nag QR Code na.
