First Method: First turn-off your device.
Then press and hold 3 keys;
Green dial key, * Star key, no.
3 key on keypad together.
Now, turn your device on
while you are pressing the three buttons. Second Method: On your phone's standby
screen, press the keys *# 7370#. Your phone would ask for confirmation, select
yes. Then it will ask for your
phone's lock code (12345 by
default). Now you are
finished, your phone will
restart with all the phone memory formatted.

TS, complete naman po ung flashing procedure pero bakit ganun pa rin po??vibrate lang nangyayari tulad ng dati....dead po ung phone ko, binubuhay ko lang...

be sure na nadownload mo na yung firmware.be sure na nasa right path
c:/program files/nokia/phoenix/products/rm ng cp mo(ex.RM-64)
and use latest version of phoenix.phoenix 2011

supposed to be okay na dapat yang cp mo ha?wala bang hardware prob yan?prob sa batt?what ba nangyari dyan before madead?try mo reflash ulit if ayaw talaga la na guro tayo magagawa using phoenix

ganito din prob ng cp ko boss pag on hanggang white flash w/ NOKIA yun dahan2 namamatay..tapos auto ON then deads ulit. nangyari to nung e hack ko sana cp ko sa thread nato http://www.symbianize.com/showthread.php?p=9787958#post9787958 then pag restoring quarantine na boss an tagal tapos nag hang up ayun restart then wala na.. help me po pls.

yung may mga naging problema kahit sinunod nyo na yung procedure

tamang flashfile or tamang product code and comple naman sa flashing pero wala parin

hindi na po software problem ang problema nan maaring may tama na flash ic nya (hardware procedure na kailngan)

OK na cya boss nag hard reset nalang ako tapos update2 nalang ako back to start nalng na format kc ) buti nasa E: ko pa yung dpat e install na mga files

baka kulang ang firmware na dl mo?or hindi nakainstall sa right path
c:/program files/phoenix/nokia/rm folder ng cp mo(ex.RM-84)
-dyan sa rm folder dapat nakalagay ang firmware files
