i control or hide mo lang sa menu ang functions depende sa usertype na nakalogin, kun OrderTaker for example, just show all the menus na allowed nya gamitin.
Di ko magets kung para saan ang combobox pa dyan.

Sorry di kita matulungan kung datacontrol ang gamit mo, di ko ginagamit ang datacontrol for serious projects.
Nandyan sa sample ko ang code kung papano mag search using ADO and SQL commands.
Besides walang database yung attachment mo.

im sure di yan ituturo kasi di nila alam.
ayan na ang sample na binigay ko, pinaghirapan kong gawin para mapakinabangan nyo,
all you need to do is read and understand then try it out yourself.
i did my part, so do your part na rin. ask speficic questions about adodb and ill gladly answer them.

guys gusto ko lamang mag-comment about storing pictures sa database especially sa access.
napag-alaman ko sa isa ring foreign forum na, one cause of possible corruption ng access database ay pag you store the actual picture sa database. it is most common advice to store the path of the picture to the database instead of the picture itself.
this is only what I know for Access database. I am not in depth familiar yet with other database cause of corruption.

Can you show me the link where you got the info?
What is the OLE datatype in MSACCESS for? Bakit pa sila meron nun?
Baka naman images na 5mb ang laki ng inistore mo?
The reason why images are stored in the database is primarily SECURITY, if you put it in a path, then anybody can change the image readily.
Imagine meron kang ID verification system where in the guard at the door verifies your identity against a stored picture of yours, if it was stored as a file sa file-system ng server, then anybody with server access can change that picture, same sa fingerprint or biometric data.
Even a virus can wipe out images sa filesystem.
I dont know what version of access you are using, pero sa tagal ko sa IT(close to 20yrs) i have never had a problem in that regard, since MS Access2 ginagawa ko na yan with no data corruption.
In my earlier days i would save images in a separate access database, separate form transactional data since di naman parati napapalitan to so mostly READ lang.
Now SQLserver, SQLServer Mobile Edition at SQLIte na ang gamit ko. All has no problem storing images.
Another thing, if you keep images sa files, malaki problem mo later on sa database synch, backups, restore and so on.
Siguro 10 yrs ago nung time na mahal ang storage space, it will be advisable to store them as fle, pero now na mura nalang ang storage space sa hard disk, wala na kaso yun.
Besides, the sample in this thread can be used also to store not just images but any binary data like audio, video, documents, etc.
Dont just think of small setup, think of large enterprise servers, when moving, maintaining or migrating database, malaking problem pag naka file sila.
On the other hand, madali ang trabaho kung nakasave sa file yung image, lalo sa web, kaya lang web yun e, yung browser walang direct access sa server kaya walang issue ng security, and those images are static only, meaning di parati napapalitan.
