You're welcome. Once a firmware for E357 is available, I'll post it here as well. If you're using Globe sim, iba ang configurations ng prepaid and postpaid sims nila. Pre-configured na yung Tattoo DB with prepaid and postpaid settings and all you need to do is select the appropriate one for you to use.

Wala pong anuman. Pinakamataas na signal spectrum for 4G na available dito sa Pinas ay LTE, followed by HSPA+ and then HSPA. HSDPA is 3G. Madami na users dyan sa area mo kaya hinihinaan ni Smart ang transmitting power ng HSPA+ nila. Try mo gumamit ng external directional antenna like WiMax or Panel - siguradong gaganda na signal at performance ng e353 mo!

hindi ko maintindihan itong E357s-2 .. 4G Modem pero nde naman nakakadetect ng 4G signal.

Bumili ako dahil walang 3G sa location na paggagamitan ko. sabi kasi ng globe agent 4G available doon at tama kasi ang wimax gumagana w/o outdoor antenna full signal bar (Note wala talagang 3g kahit ung 3g modem gprs lang meron)

kaya ako bumili E357 pero bakit GLOBE??? kahit dto sa mismong City hanggang HSDPA lang

Thanks for making me aware of it. Magulo na din kasi classification ng experts when it comes to the different spectrums of 3G and 4G networks. And from what I heard, Smart is planning to use WCDMA700 for their LTE when it's launched commercially later this year so they can support the LTE feature of the theird generation iPad. Buti na lang hindi ko binili yung inoffer na LTE dongle sa akin! HIntayin ko na lang once finalized na ni Smart yung abnd na gagamitin nila for their LTE hehe.

Pwede mo po ito gamitin on any openline modem. But if the modem that you're going to use is locked to a certain network, huwag mo po ito gamitin. It might brick your modem in the process.
