Sa mga nakbili o balak bumili ng prepaid cignal na gustong do-it-yourself installation... just point the satellite dish to 225 to 230 degrees SW (use compass) then point dish 75 to 80 degrees angle inclination. Pag wla pa pitik-pitik lang adjustment.

Tried it and it works.

bossing saan mkkita sa skyworth hs8871 ung pg iinsertan ng cignal tv card? postpaid po kc ak plan ko mgprepaid. plan ko rn po bumili ng extrang decoder/receiver, kelangan dn bng my card ung pangalawa pra mgamit? o pwedeng diretsong ikabit n lng sa unang decoder? TIA

mga sir...may cignal center po ba or san po ako pwede mag verify kung totoong naloadan po cignal unit ko??? At paano po maclaim sa cignal if in case may confirmation nga po from smart na successfully loaded ung unit ko pero d naman po pumasok sa unit ko even 24 hours or more than ko na sya nakababad na naka on po???

anu problema kapag ung remote ng cignal ayaw gumana ng volume(+,-,mute) pero ung ibang keys gumagana naman.. pag volume may ilaw sa remote pero sa stb wala ung red light model skyworth hs8871

Ts pag laging lag ano problema nun? Madalas kasi na lag yung palabas pag tanghali saka gabi. Minsan black screen naman.

ask ko lang talaga bang matagal ang activation ng cignal sabe ng installer sa amin 3days daw at iwan lang nakabukas yung box. sa sky cable kasi ng magpakabit kami na activate agad nakapanood na agad kami.

How to resolve CignalTV "set up box is unable to receive a signal"

How to configure TVbox Receiver
first do the following
check cable receiver or wire
turn off and on the tvbox

or

1. Insert CignalTV Card (prepaid or postpaid)

2. Turn ON TVBox Receiver (Skyworth HS8871)
* ito makikita mo sa display

3. Press MENU button sa Cignal remote control
* Enter System Set up

4. Enter password (default is 0000 or 9998)

* Press OK

How to check if CignalTV Box has the Current Software
* Press the “Diagnostics” button on the remote
* Look for the field that says “Receive SW Version”

* hindi ko alam papano malaman kung may bagong labas na software para sa Cignal Receiver
* yung Cignal ko updated na before ko e-configure nakalagay sa Software Version July 2013. 2.0 something like that. may error lang ako naencounter cguro dahil nastuck na ung Cignal ko

For manual update on Skyworth HS8871 simply follow the procedure from 1 - 7
then after procedure 7 Entry point or Transponder setup box will appear
simply input the following value;
* Satellite SES7
* Transponder 11685
* Frequency 11685
* Symbol Rate 18750
* Polarization: Horizontal
