How many has God killed? (revised complete list and estimated total)

I kill ... I wound ... I will make my arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh. -- Deuteronomy 32:39-42
In a previous post, I've listed and counted God's killings in the Bible. But I only included those that said exactly how many were killed by God. I came up with 2,301,417.

But that didn't include some of God's most impressive slaughters. How many did God drown in the flood or burn to death in Sodom and Gomorrah? How many first-born Egyptians did he kill? The Bible doesn't say, so there's no way to know for sure. But it's possible to provide rough estimates in order to get a grand total, and that's what I'm attempting here. (New total: 33 million.)

yeah.

i think my point ka jan.

pero, still, for once in my life i`ve never thought or imagined or even questioned Him about Him.
kasi i am contented with what i am now.

pero kahit ano paman ang maging kasagutan jan, kung mali o tama, or kung whatever, i will never cease to believe in Him no matter what happens. my faith is strong, i believe in Him and i will never question nor doubt about Him.

ahh.. ok po.. :peace:
eh ask lng po..

a good leader must be a good follower..
kung totoo man siya,
sige sabihin na nating totoo siya
(ignoring science, philosophy and statistics, and common sense na rin)
then wala siyang karapatang gumawa ng commandment dahil siya mismo hnd marunong sumunod

kanya kanyang paniniwala lang po yan

I think he did that for a good reason... And hey! Its God! He know what will happen if those egyptians rule us! Think of that! Suffering, hunger, death... Huhu... He did all those because he loves us... What do you think?

I think God did that for a reason... Come to think of this, if you were God and you what WILL happen if egyptians still rule us, what do you think would happen? Yes, suffering, hunger, thirst and deaths... So lets just say that God did that because he loves us...

this is only in my point of view... God created us with his mighty hands..so..si God lamang ang may karapatan ang kumuha ng ating life..

ginawa niya yun for a reason..

Then do God is good all the time? If killing those people is for the good of mankind, then there could be another way..

God is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient...what could we do then? Nothing but to praise and follow His will. If he has permitted Jesus' death on the cross in return for the salvation of mankind, then isn't his verdict justifiable?

Who are we to question God? We are just mortals, his creation, his vassals, we do not have the capacity to perceive the reasons of his actions...... Pag namatay tyo (kung cnu man mauna) itanong nlng ntin sa kanya hehehehehehehe. Ingat kyo plage ehehehehehe... God is Great! (Allahu Akhbar)!

Tsk tsk.. He're we go again.. What do you want to prove? That God is evil? Ginawa Niya yun because kailangan, He promised that He will redeem the Israelites, but then Pharaoh won't follow kaya kailangan niyang gawin yun to show Pharaoh that He wants his people out of Egypt period.. The indigenous people living in Canaan that He ordered to be killed? Genocide huh? Well then, let me remind you that the people living there were abominable heathens worshipping other idols, making human sacrifices, practicing every kind of debauchery and worst of all wants His people all killed so they couldn't claim a land that's originally theirs.. So what indeed is the justification for those 'genocidal killings'? What indeed.. Haaay na'ko..

Why don't just thank God that through His son Jesus Christ, we're all redeemed from our sins? Christ died for us, including you people..
