apply lang ng apply pag di kayo tinanggap wag na magtanong dahil alam nyo sa sarili nyo kung sino kayo at hanggang saan lang kayo pwera nalang kung sobrang galing mo pero binagsak ka! may mga call center kasi na palpak ang agents and other staffs sa english language pero nagbabagsak parin at meron din naman na kahit sablay ka eh pasok ka lalo na kung kulang ang agents nila sa floor pero may mga na-experience ako na YMMV ang labanan at kailangan talaga na mukha kang uto-uto

since nov. naka 3 call centers na ako, yung 2 assholes ang mga naging bossing ko may favoritism at pabaya at sa 1 naman contract problem..

ingat nalang din sa mga bpo companies na nambibiktima lang like APAC, may contract na ako and start dapat July 11 pero cancelled next month nalang daw no definite time

ano prublema sa APAC me kilala ako galing dyan pero resigned na wala naman nababanggit sa akin negative feedback.

mag ingat din kayo sa mga call center na di nag remit ng sss me ganyan dati nai palabas sa tulfo nabuko.

nung sa screening open and available ang mga TSR accounts tapos nung final interview na sinabi wala na daw slot, kung pwede daw sa CSR nalang ako.. is this a joke?
hehehe!
di ko na tinuloy application ko for sure lagapak ako..
dami ako natutunan sa Teletech.. Call simulation ang pinaka effective na paraan para mapraktis ang English communication..

nope it aint a joke depende sa pangangailangan ng client kung ilan kailangan nila empleyado. baka nung screening pa lang me nauna na sa yo naka pag final interview kaya napuno na ang slot

maganda rin sinabi nila na puno na yung slot ng account. dahil me mga ibang cc ng mga ibang account hire lang ng hire tapos kulang sa workstation imagine mo dapat mag login ka na sa avaya pero wala kang work station nag kakaroon ng seat shortage paano ka swelduhan nun. nangyari sa akin yan nakakabwisit

alalahanin mo marami walang trabaho ngayon wala pa dun yung mga ofw na mawawalan pa lang ng trabaho. tapos lumolobo pa populasyon matindi talaga kumpetensya di katulang ng mga nakaraan taon.

alalahanin mo marami walang trabaho ngayon wala pa dun yung mga ofw na mawawalan pa lang ng trabaho. tapos lumolobo pa populasyon matindi talaga kumpetensya di katulang ng mga nakaraan taon.

meron pa naman akong 1499 na natitirang BPO to try my luck..
at least every time i try to apply my self on this kind of business i do learn new things..
"Hindi lang pagsasalita ng English ang kailangan"
hehe!
and the least and very helpful thing that i can do for now is to Practice, how should i handle a call, pronunciation, enunciation and dealing with a customer.. that is while im looking for my next target..

applying for tsr, i passed the initial interview at telus market market. i'm alsodone with the exam, that was last tuesday. :] then i'm scheduled tomorrow to have an operations interview sa harte hanks. for BARNES & NOBLE acct.. i reallydont have any idea about that . :[ patulong naman? hehehe. anyone? thanks !

BTW, got in sa Manulife Business Processing Services. I love the weekend RD and fixed 9-6am sched. So far, nahihirapan lang ako sa training kasi "jurassic" ang system for resources in comparison to my previous company. After 1 year, I can transfer to another department daw especially if I got tired of taking in calls and want to do strictly business processes (i.e. back office jobs). Dayshift is available din pero of course, less premiums. Maybe I'll do that in the future.
